The production of exosomes

At Naobios, our facilities and technical expertise ensure high-quality services tailored to the specific needs of each partner. Much like virus-based product bioproduction, exosome manufacturing begins with the amplification of a specific cell line of interest in bioreactors. Once stimulated to produce exosomes, the culture medium is collected and undergoes a rigorous purification process, which could involve ultracentrifugation, filtration and chromatography. After purification, the exosomes are quantified and characterized to ensure they meet the required specifications. The resulting drug product is then qualified and delivered with the assurance of quality thanks to our robust in-house quality control services.
